Treo Recruitment received a brief from a large independent 4-star hotel looking for an Operations Manager. We crafted the advert, posted the job, commenced the search for passive candidates matching the brief, and initiated the recruitment process. Subsequently, we provided support by screening all candidates before arranging first-stage interviews and formulating questions aligned with the brief. After the completion of the first stage, we further assisted the Directors by participating in the final stage interviews. We engaged with all interviewees, extended the offer of employment, and maintained contact with them up to and including after their start date. The entire process took less than four weeks.

Treo Recruitment had a brief to recruit Support Workers, and all parties agreed that a hiring event might be the best use of time. We formulated the adverts and posted them across multiple platforms, attracting candidates over a seven-day period. What set our hiring event apart is that we screened all candidates before booking them for a specific time slot. This approach enabled us to offer positions to over 15 Support Workers in a single day, conducting 25+ interviews in one location. This proved to be a cost-effective way to recruit, reducing our client’s cost per hire.
