Treo Recruitment received a brief from a large independent 4-star hotel looking for an Operations Manager. We crafted the advert, posted the job, commenced the search for passive candidates matching the brief, and initiated the recruitment process. Subsequently, we provided support by screening all candidates before arranging first-stage interviews and formulating questions aligned with the brief. After the completion of the first stage, we further assisted the Directors by participating in the final stage interviews.
