  • Alternate Week Shift Pattern (includes on-call and an average of 10 sleep-ins per month)
  • Salary: £32,022 to £35,087 (inclusive of sleep-ins)

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or QCF Level 4 in Children, Young People & Families Practitioner
  • Experience in Residential Childcare (minimum 1 year)
  • A valid UK Driving Licence

About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team and provide exceptional care for young people in our homes. Your role as a Senior Residential Care Worker will involve:

  • Supporting children in developing confidence, social skills, and achieving their full potential.
  • Supporting and mentoring Residential Support Workers.
