About the Role:
As an Insolvency Practitioner, you’ll take a leading role in the firm, managing a wide range of complex insolvency cases while providing strategic leadership to the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a well-established and forward-thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse caseload of corporate and personal insolvency matters, including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and Bankruptcies.
- Act as the appointed Insolvency Practitioner on cases, ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
- Provide expert advice to clients, creditors, and stakeholders, guiding them through the insolvency process.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and enhance the firm’s insolvency practice.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
About You:
- Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (JIEB qualified).
- Extensive experience managing insolvency cases across both corporate and personal matters.
- Strong knowledge of insolvency legislation and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and client service.
